To whom it may concern,
My name is Hugh Lee and I would like to say a few things about your electric bicycle as I believe it's saved my daughter's life. Only 21st of November 2025 while riding her f6 model ebike she was struck by a car doing 35 mph thrown 15 ft in the air right in front of my eyes. When she landed I truly thought I'd lost my daughter however to my surprise and to everybody else's surprise she sat up and the end result after a trip to the hospital via ambulance she suffered little more than scrapes and bruises as your bike had absorbed 99% of the impact. I knew when I bought the bicycle that it was going to be a very wise purchase and I was not let down The bike is over engineered in every way shape or form and I'm eternally grateful for the fact that it was over engineered as it saved my daughter's life most certainly. I will enclose pictures of what is left of the bicycle and I would like to thank everybody there who laid a finger on this bike and every other bike that they build for they are doing everybody a great service in building this bike the way they do. Thank you again for doing what you do and being so good at it. We all look forward to a time when we will be able to get her another bike and we will be going for one of yours I will never purchase another e-bike from another company thank you again for doing what you do.
