Returns:
Quality issues (damaged parts, malfunction, etc.): Request within 7 days of receipt. Product must be unused with intact packaging.We’ll cover the return shipping.

Personal reasons (style/color dissatisfaction): Request within 7 days. Product must be brand-new, unused, with complete packaging/accessories (to allow resale). You’ll cover the return shipping.

Exchanges:
Non-human quality problems: Exchange for the same model within 15 days of receipt (after inspection).
Size/model mismatch (not your fault): Exchange within 7 days. We cover round-trip shipping.

How to process:
Contact our customer service (hotline/online) with your order number, reason, and product photos.
We’ll review and reply within 24 hours. Approved, We’ll send the return/exchange address.
Ship the product back (mark order number & reason) and keep the tracking number.
We’ll inspect within 3-5 workdays. Eligible returns get a refund; eligible exchanges get a new product shipped promptly.

Refunds:
Processed via your original payment method, usually credited within 3-7 workdays (depends on your payment platform).

Major parts (under normal use, for quality issues):
Frame, motor, battery, controller: 1 year
Note: Battery warranty doesn’t cover normal capacity loss.
Other parts: 3 months
Not covered: Tires
Warranty starts: From the date the product ships from our warehouse.

What we provide:
Within the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace faulty parts for free (if conditions are met).
Note: Doesn’t cover indirect losses from product issues.

What’s not covered:
Damage from accidents, disassembly, modification, or improper use (e.g., wrong charger, harsh environments)
Expired warranties
Normal wear, scratches, or damage from natural disasters

How to get warranty service:
Contact customer service with your order number, photos, and fault details.
Our team will check; if eligible, we’ll guide you to send it back or arrange an inspection.
