Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been processed for shipment. Please note that since payment processors do not refund transaction fees, a non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from your total refund for cancellations made due to customer preference. This includes a 4.4% fee for PayPal transactions and a 3.4% fee for Credit Card payments.

Return Period

1. Quality issues (damaged parts, malfunction, etc.):

(1) Request within 7 days of receipt. Product must be unused with intact packaging.We’ll cover the return shipping.

(2) Between 8-30 days of receipt: Depending on the specific situation, we may charge buyers a certain amount of money as the return shipping fee. Please contact our customer service team and they will decide on the payment.

Note: Please remember that our Dttzh team will investigate into the quality issues carefully. If there is no quality issue and any damage to the bike is found intentional and man-made, we will still charge the return shipping fee.

2.Personal reasons (style/color dissatisfaction): 

(1) Request within 7 days. Product must be brand-new, unused, with complete packaging/accessories (to allow resale). You’ll cover the return shipping.

(2) 8 – 30 days after delivery: Product must be brand-new, unused, with complete packaging/accessories (to allow resale). Buyer pays return freight plus a 20 % restocking fee.

Return Conditions


If a customer discovers quality issues with the electric bicycle (such as damaged components, inability to function properly, etc.) within 7 days of receipt, and the product is unused with intact packaging, a return may be requested.


For returns due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the product style, color, etc.), the request must be made within 7 days of receipt. The product must remain in a brand-new, unused state with complete packaging and accessories, ensuring it does not affect secondary sales. Additionally, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.

 


Exchange Conditions


If the received electric bicycle has quality problems confirmed by inspection to be caused by non-human factors, the customer can apply for an exchange within 15 days of receipt for a product of the same model and specification.


In cases where the product has mismatched size or model (not caused by the customer), the customer can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receipt, and we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.

 


Return and Exchange Process


When eligible for return or exchange, customers shall submit a return/exchange application through the official website's customer service hotline or online customer service, stating the reason for return/exchange and providing relevant information such as the order number and product photos.


Customer service staff will review the application within 24 hours of receipt. Upon approval, they will send the customer the return/exchange address and related notes.


The customer shall send the product back to the address provided by customer service, clearly indicating the order number and reason for return/exchange, and keep the courier tracking number.


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect and process it within 3-5 working days. For eligible returns, a refund will be processed for the customer; for eligible exchanges, a new product will be shipped to the customer as soon as possible.

 


Refund Method


Refunds will be processed through the customer's original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the processing speed of the payment platform, generally 3-7 working days.
