Shipping Policy

Place of Shipment
Shipments are dispatched from the factory in China or the warehouse in Los Angeles.


Shipping Range
DTTZH provides electric bicycle shipping services to most regions worldwide. However, please note that logistics fees may apply in your area. If you have any doubts, please consult customer service for confirmation before placing an order.


Shipping Costs
Free shipping is offered for the North American region.
Any additional costs incurred due to address changes or delivery failures caused by the customer will be borne by the customer.


Shipping Timeframe
Generally, after your order is placed and payment is successful, we will ship the goods within 1-3 working days.
The shipping time within China is usually 3-7 working days, and the specific timeframe depends on the delivery area.
International shipping time is generally 7-30 working days, which may be delayed due to factors such as customs clearance. Please refer to the actual shipping situation for details.


Shipment Tracking
After the order is shipped, we will send an email containing the logistics tracking number to your registered email address. You can check the shipment status on the official website of the corresponding logistics company using this tracking number.


Notes
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate, including the street, house number, contact information, etc., to avoid affecting the normal delivery of the goods.
When receiving the goods, please be sure to check on the spot whether the outer packaging is intact. If the outer packaging is damaged or deformed, please refuse to sign for it and contact our customer service in a timely manner.

Returns policy

Return Conditions
If a customer discovers quality issues with the electric bicycle (such as damaged components, inability to function properly, etc.) within 7 days of receipt, and the product is unused with intact packaging, a return may be requested.


For returns due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction with the product style, color, etc.), the request must be made within 7 days of receipt. The product must remain in a brand-new, unused state with complete packaging and accessories, ensuring it does not affect secondary sales. Additionally, the customer shall bear the round-trip shipping costs.


Exchange Conditions
If the received electric bicycle has quality problems confirmed by inspection to be caused by non-human factors, the customer can apply for an exchange within 15 days of receipt for a product of the same model and specification.


In cases where the product has mismatched size or model (not caused by the customer), the customer can apply for an exchange within 7 days of receipt, and we will cover the round-trip shipping costs.


Return and Exchange Process
When eligible for return or exchange, customers shall submit a return/exchange application through the official website's customer service hotline or online customer service, stating the reason for return/exchange and providing relevant information such as the order number and product photos.


Customer service staff will review the application within 24 hours of receipt. Upon approval, they will send the customer the return/exchange address and related notes.


The customer shall send the product back to the address provided by customer service, clearly indicating the order number and reason for return/exchange, and keep the courier tracking number.


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect and process it within 3-5 working days. For eligible returns, a refund will be processed for the customer; for eligible exchanges, a new product will be shipped to the customer as soon as possible.


Refund Method
Refunds will be processed through the customer's original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on the processing speed of the payment platform, generally 3-7 working days.
