Clarifications

Repayment
Payment will only be requested after an order is completed. If payment is not received or the payment method is rejected, the order will not be completed and no products will be sent. The title to the items will be restored to the vendor in the event that the consumer defaults on payment.

Refund and Return Policy Guidelines
The customer may return the item for a refund or exchange it for a different item within 14 days after the delivery date, provided they contact the seller. For returns, you may email customer service at service@dttzh.com or use the contact form on the website. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. DTTZH will use the same payment method that the customer used to purchase the item to process the refund.
