Warranty Policy 

1. Warranty Coverage and Periods  

Components Warranty Period and Description  

Lithium Battery 1-year limited warranty (free replacement when capacity drops to <60%; or replacement when capacity is <70% within 1 year / 500 cycles)  

Motor / Controller 1-year full warranty (covers material and workmanship defects)  

Frame 1-year warranty (for fractures / welding cracks)  

Brake System 6-month warranty  

Wear-and-Tear Parts Tires, chains, etc., are not covered under warranty  

 

2. Warranty Conditions  

Proof of purchase and complete maintenance records must be provided.  

The following situations are not covered under warranty:  

Modification of the vehicle, use of non-original parts, or failure to maintain as per instructions;  

Malfunctions caused by accidents, intentional damage, or force majeure.
