Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage and Periods

Component: Warranty Period and Description

Lithium Battery: 1-year limited warranty (free replacement if capacity drops to<60%; replacement if <70% within 1-year/500 cycles).

Motor/Controller: 1-year full warranty (covers materialand workmanship defects).

Frame: 1-year warranty (for fractures / welding cracks).

Brake System: 6-month warranty.

Wear-and-Tear Parts(tires, chains, etc.): 1-month.

Proof of purchase and complete maintenance records are required.

The following are not covered:

Modifications, use of non-original parts, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.

Malfunctions from accidents, intentional damage, or force majeure.
