1. Eligibility Criteria for Affiliate Members

(1) Be at least 18 years old and have full capacity for civil conduct;
(2) Possess at least 1 valid promotion channel, including but not limited to: personal blogs, social media accounts (e.g., YouTube/TikTok/Instagram), Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, etc.;
(3) Recognize the brand’s philosophy, commit to abiding by the affiliate rules, and refrain from irregular practices such as false promotion and malicious competition;
(4) Register via Goaffpro Affiliate Marketing and become an official affiliate member after passing the platform’s review.

 

2. Description of the Promotion Process

(1) Obtain exclusive promotion resources: Affiliates generate exclusive promotion links/coupon codes through the backend. The platform also provides promotional materials such as product images, videos, and copy;
(2) Conduct promotion activities: Affiliates promote the exclusive links/coupon codes through their own channels (e.g., posting review videos, writing product recommendation articles, sharing in communities) to guide users to click and visit the independent website;
(3) Order tracking and confirmation: After users place orders on the independent website via the exclusive links/coupon codes, the system will automatically track order information (including order time, product model, order amount, etc.). The order will be marked as a "valid order" only after it is completed (i.e., the user confirms receipt and no return/refund is requested);
(4) Commission settlement and distribution: Commissions corresponding to valid orders will be credited to the affiliate’s account. The platform settles commissions on a monthly basis (the settlement period is from the 1st to the 31st of each month; reconciliation will be completed by the 10th of the following month, and commissions will be distributed by the 15th).

 

3. Commission Rules

(1) Commission rate: The base commission rate is 8%-15% of the order amount. The specific rate is adjusted according to product categories, and the platform will clearly mark the commission rate for each product in the backend;
(2) Tiered rewards: If an affiliate’s monthly valid order amount reaches a specified threshold, they can receive additional commission rewards;
(3) Definition of invalid orders: Orders in the following circumstances will not be counted as valid orders, and no commissions will be distributed:
① Users apply for return/refund (including partial refund) within 7 days of placing the order;
② Affiliates create fake orders through self-purchasing via their own promotion links or fake traffic generation;
③ Misleading promotion (e.g., making false promises about product functions, concealing product restrictions) leads to user complaints and order cancellation;
④ If the order amount includes deductions from coupons or discount codes (non-affiliate-exclusive), commissions will be calculated only based on the actual payment amount.

 

4. Code of Conduct for Affiliates

(1) Promotional content must be true and compliant, and must not contain irregular content such as false promotion, vulgar/pornographic content, violent/illegal content, or discriminatory remarks;
(2) Affiliates must not tamper with promotion links, forge coupon codes, or promote through irregular methods such as search engine cheating or email spam;
(3) Affiliates must not disparage competing products or other affiliates, or engage in practices that disrupt market order (e.g., price wars, malicious traffic diversion);
(4) Affiliates must comply with overseas advertising regulations, such as relevant FTC rules.

 

5. Violation Handling and Withdrawal Mechanism

(1) If an affiliate violates the above code of conduct, the platform will take disciplinary measures based on the severity of the violation:
① Minor violations (e.g., first-time failure to inform about commissions): Warning and request for rectification within a specified period;
② Moderate violations (e.g., false promotion, fake traffic generation): Account freeze for 7-30 days and deduction of commissions corresponding to the violating orders of the month;
③ Severe violations (e.g., illegal promotion, malicious damage to the brand image): Permanent account ban, recovery of commissions already distributed for violations, and reservation of the right to pursue legal liability.
(2) Affiliates may apply to withdraw from the program at any time. They must submit an application through the backend 7 days in advance. The platform will complete the withdrawal process after reconciling and settling the current cycle. After withdrawal, commissions for valid orders that have not yet been settled will still be distributed normally; however, promotion links generated before withdrawal will become invalid and no longer track new orders.

 

6. Other Notes

(1) The platform reserves the right to adjust commission rates, reward rules, etc., based on market conditions. Affiliates will be notified 15 days in advance via backend announcements, emails, or other channels before any adjustments take effect;
(2) Affiliates must keep their personal information (e.g., payment account, contact information) true and valid. If any information changes, it must be updated in the backend in a timely manner. The platform will not be liable for failed commission distribution due to incorrect information;
(3) These rules shall take effect from the date of issuance. For any matters not covered herein, the platform will supplement and improve them through additional announcements, which shall have the same legal effect as these rules.
