Note: Extra costs from customer-caused address changes or delivery failures are your responsibility.

 

How long it takes:

Ships within 48 hours—including weekends.

Track your order: We’ll email a tracking number after shipping. Use it on the logistics company’s site to check progress.

Inspect packaging on delivery—refuse if damaged, and contact us right away.

Returns:

Quality issues (damaged parts, malfunction, etc.): Request within 7 days of receipt. Product must be unused with intact packaging.We’ll cover the return shipping.

Personal reasons (style/color dissatisfaction): Request within 7 days. Product must be brand-new, unused, with complete packaging/accessories (to allow resale). You’ll cover the return shipping.

 

⚠️ International Orders (Outside the Contiguous United States):

 

Please note that all international orders shipped outside the contiguous United States are subject to a $350 USD non-refundable shipping fee and a $200 USD processing/handling fee.

 

Once an international order has been dispatched and tracking information is generated, the shipment cannot be cancelled or intercepted. For any returns due to personal reasons (including but not limited to: change of mind, buyer’s remorse, incorrect selection, or refusal of delivery), the customer is fully responsible for all round-trip shipping costs (including both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping fees) as well as any associated customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees incurred during transit. These expenses will be strictly deducted from the final refund.

 

Exchanges:

Non-human quality problems: Exchange for the same model within 15 days of receipt (after inspection).

Size/model mismatch (not your fault): Exchange within 7 days. We cover round-trip shipping.

 

How to process:

Contact our customer service (hotline/online) with your order number, reason, and product photos.

We’ll review and reply within 24 hours. Approved? We’ll send the return/exchange address.

Ship the product back (mark order number & reason) and keep the tracking number.

We’ll inspect within 3-5 workdays. Eligible returns get a refund; eligible exchanges get a new product shipped promptly.

 

Refunds:

Processed via your original payment method, usually credited within 3-7 workdays (depends on your payment platform).

• Normal wear, scratches, or damage from natural disasters

 

How to get warranty service:

Contact customer service with your order number, photos, and fault details.

Our team will check; if eligible, we’ll guide you to send it back or arrange an inspection.

Approved issues: We’ll repair/replace for free and send it back.

Not eligible: We’ll share a repair plan and cost—we proceed only with your okay.

This vehicle is manufactured as a Class 2 Electric Bicycle compliant with US Federal Law (16 CFR Part 1512) and state-level regulations, featuring a factory-limited top speed of 20 MPH for street-legal operation.

 

Any performance-enhancing modifications, software unlocks, or usage of high-power "Off-Road Modes" that exceed local speed and wattage limits are intended exclusively for use on private property or designated closed-course tracks. Operating a modified vehicle on public roads, bike paths, or trails may violate local laws, lead to vehicle impoundment, and void your warranty. The user assumes all legal and safety risks associated with such modifications. Ride responsibly and always wear a helmet.
